JRA Consulting, Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Jen Agosti to provide consulting services focused on the transformation of organizational cultures in human service agencies serving children, families, and communities. Jen focuses intensively, intentionally, and explicitly on anti-racism, racial justice, and trauma-informed approaches in all of her work, using inclusive facilitation and key aspects of the Breakthrough Series Collaborative (BSC) methodology as cornerstones. Jen believes that no human service system can achieve justice for staff or for the communities being served without explicitly dismantling and deconstructing racism at all levels.
