JRA Consulting, Ltd. was founded in 2003 by Jen Agosti to provide consulting services focused on transformation in organizational cultures in human service agencies serving children, families, and communities. Jen focuses intensively and intentionally on antiracism, racial justice, and trauma-informed practice in all of her work, using inclusive facilitation and key aspects of the Breakthrough Series Collaborative (BSC) methodology as cornerstones.
JRA Consulting believes that no human service system can be transformed without explicitly addressing issues of racism at all levels. True system transformation requires understanding and dismantling structural and institutional racism as well as addressing the conscious and unconscious biases that impact daily decision-making, interactions, and relationships.
